DFB and UEFA Establish Joint Venture

Joint Venture for EURO 2024

Frankfurt am Main, Germany - May 11, 2023

Today, the German Football Association (DFB) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) announced the formation of a joint venture for the organization of UEFA EURO 2024, to be hosted in Germany.

The joint venture, named EURO 2024 GmbH, will be responsible for the operational planning and execution of the tournament, including venue selection, ticketing, marketing, and sponsorship.

The DFB and UEFA will each hold a 50% stake in the joint venture. The EURO 2024 GmbH will be headquartered in Frankfurt am Main.
